Fishing Equipment
All anglers must fish from a boat with max two angers. Unless you are a high school Captain and you can have two youth angers in the boat. However your catch as a captain can NOT be weighed in.
Hours of Tournament
Registration will take place at Wise County Park. 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM. Boats released 5:50 and you will need to be back inside the park by 9:15 PM for weigh in. If your not inside the park by that time your catch will not be weighed. Entry is $40.00 per team which includes Big Bass. We also have an optional side pot of $20.00.
Qualifying Fish
Large Mouth bass must be 14 inches in length as well as Smallmouth bass. Spots and Mean Mouth Bass can be any size. Limit a combination of 5 fish per team to weigh in.
Rules
All fish must be caught using artificial bait, only one rod and reel can be used at all times. no trolling with lines out its allowed. You must follow all state and local rules and regulations. including wearing a life jacket while the big motor is in gear. All bridges are no wake zones, you can not fish a gas dock or any area of the lake marked do not enter. This includes being outside and casting inside the restricted area. You must abide by all No Wake Zones at all times. You can not be on the lake the day of the tournament for the working mans.
Protest of a Team
If you are going to protest a team you must have video evidence to support your claim. we will not entertain hearsay. Get a video and picture of the boat/team you are protesting. call the tournament director immediately. All legit protest of breaking a rule will result in immediate disqualification of that team.
Sportsmanship
Please be respectful of all anglers, You can not fish within 25 yards of another team unless agreed by both teams. Please handle all issues with respect. If you can not call the tournament director. Remember we are here to have a good time and do what we love. We look forward to seeing you all out on the water.
